MATERIAL DESCRIPTION

LOGICROOF polymeric membranes are manufactured of two types of thermoplastic materials:

PVC (plasticized polyvinylchloride). Roofing PVC–membrane LOGICROOF–V is composed of two layers of PVC–film, reinforced with polyester grid that provides a larger rupture strength and absence of material shrinkage. From the moment of their appearance, more than 40 years ago, PVC–membranes proved their reliability in various conditions and spheres of application.

Tunnel PVC–membrane LOGICROOF–T is an nonreinforced material, microorganisms and roots resistant. This material has a signal layer of yellow color, allowing fast detection of waterproof covering damages.

TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin). TPO–membrane LOGICROOF–FP is composed of a unique mixture of rubber resin and polypropylene. It is polypropylene matrix that provides the material with necessary flexibility and durability. LOGICROOF–FP is compatible with bitumen and does not require separating layer during the laying on foam polystyrene. The excellent chemical inertness leaves LOGICROOF–FP untouched by time in any environment and climate.

BRILLIANT PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

There is tensile and pinching strength, elasticity, atmosphere resistance, oxidation and ultraviolet radiation stability, frost resistance. Polymeric membranes LOGICROOF have practically zero water permeability, which makes them extremely resistant to the influence of water and ice. The material is resistant to the exposure to high and low temperatures. The roofing layers are relatively light and do not create an additional load on the roofing construction. The material properties allow exhausting the excessive vapor pressure from the roofing layers, that’s why polymeric membranes are essential during repairs of roofing.

Polymeric membrane LOGICROOF contains specific additives and stabilizers, reducing the degree of combustibility of the material, and the hot air welding provides an additional fire safety during the mounting of the material on the object.
